Skype Now Available for the iPad

Skype is finally available on the largest mobile screen yet!  After a few months of rumors, they finally released the Skype app for the iPad.  It is currently available for download in the iTunes App Store.  Some of the features for the new app include:

• Two-way video calling
• Instant messaging
• Simple to view contacts
• Easy navigation
• Simple SMS texting

The new Skype app for iPad provides an on-the-go experience with higher video quality and a larger screen.  This creates a more personalized experience.  We found a great video that explains the features of the new app:
